The Rock is presented by ‘Mitch’ and Sue Mitchell each between 1:00PM and 4:00PM.

The programme presents Rock ‘n Roll music from the 1950s through to early 1970s together with Contemporary Chirstian music in the Rock gendre that is sure to uplift your spirits.

In addition to music, each hour includes short encouragement from the ‘Good Book’ and light hearted articles from the secular and Christian press.
